Perform and provide general administrative functions in addition to Training Admin requirements.
Review training forms for accuracy to meet Good Documentation Practices Maintains training record files in accordance with records management procedures and practices.
Manually create user accounts for temporary and contractor non employees.
Make changes to learning plans, curriculums and training items based on guidance and recommendations from Quality Training Specialist II.
Verify user training completion for Windchill and CATSWeb access.
Support Running reports when needed (Learning Needs, Item Status, Curriculum Reports) Verification of information on Excel spreadsheets Redlines to Finals for Training Matrix Reviews Knowledge of experience working in a Learning Management System would be a plus Details oriented Job Types:
