) The customer interaction will be predominantly by phone.
Having a friendly, helpful, professional demeanor is key.
If unlicensed, you will be required to obtain a Property & Casualty License within the first month of employment.
The cost of the training course/license preparation will be covered.

In this role, you will be an employee of our partner agent that is not an employee of Plymouth Rock Assurance.
Responsibilities Provide timely assistance to customer's inquiries regarding their policy inquiries Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Answer incoming calls, strive for a first-call resolution providing the best service possible Must have a sense of urgency when dealing with client issues Develop and maintain insurance product knowledge skills Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
Requirements NJ Property & Casualty License (will cover the cost of license training) Ability to follow through to resolution with good time management skills Develops and maintains product and procedural knowledge Computer proficiency that includes data entry Ability to work a full-time day schedule Monday to Friday 9 - 5 pm Job Type:
