Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Managers in tracking all costs associated with current projects and generate monthly owner progress billing Perform various detailed month-end allocations for overhead costs and record as necessary Collect, verify and distribute certified payroll reports Compile and analyze detailed job cost reports Other duties / special projects as assigned Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 3-5 years of related construction and job cost accounting experience Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Demonstrated experience working with Sage Timberline Accounting Software Must be a team player and be able to meet strict deadlines and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Job Type:
