Case:
-14 Year Old Female; Seizures - PICK UP TIMES AT 7:
30 AM and 2:
15PM.
- nurse is needed to ride the bus to and from school for seizure precaution - nurse would arrive at the home for a 7:
30am pick up.
Nurse would leave car at the house, ride the 1 bus to school with the child, and then the bus brings you back to your car.
-Nurse would then return back at 2:
15pm for the afternoon.
Nurse would leave car at the house, ride the 1 bus to school to pick up the child, and then the bus brings you and the client back to the clients home / your car.
- You would be compensated for 2.
