Our rapidly expanding mental health company is hiring clinical supervisors who clinicians who are eligible supervisors.
Selected candidates will provide individual and group supervision to 6 clinicians per week and provide psychotherapy for 15- 20 clients per week.
Supervisors are supported by our dedicated Clinical Director and CEO to provide the best possible clinical care.
This position will include onboarding and in-depth training to ensure success.
For clinicians who are supervisor eligible, Tri-County will pay for your Clinical Supervisor Certification.

Job Description Provides clinical, evidence-based Psychotherapy services for 15-20 clients per week Develops individual treatment plans for each assigned client Identifies measurable outcomes to evaluate progress toward goals.
Documents progress through progress notes and reports.
Evaluates risk and provides referral assistance as needed.
Collaborates with caregivers, previous providers, and current providers Connects clients to community resources as needed.
Facilitates School Clearance Assessments when available.
Collaborates with caregivers and school to inform the student's biopsychosocial.
Completes a biopsychosocial with the student in-session.
Evaluates for risk through information obtained from the biopsychosocial and through use of the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale.
Makes recommendations to support the student's physical and mental safety.
Provides individual and group clinical supervision for up to 6 clinicians Supports therapists with conceptualizing client needs, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention needs, and risk assessment/planning.
Expands supervisees' skill-set by providing psychoeducation and training.
Collaborates with supervisees in determining level of risk and level of care needs.
Is available to support decision making in high risk situations.
Documents all individual and group supervisions.
Provides documentation to the supervisee's board to obtain/maintain licensure.
Assists in growing programs and therapies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Must have at least 5 years' experience treating children and/or adolescents.
Must hold a NJ clinical license in social work or counseling Must hold a Certification for Approved Clinical Supervisor or be eligible.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer.
