Specializing in menswear and other fashion accessories, Selini New York carries a wide variety of products that includes but not limited to gift sets, ties, bow ties and socks.
Selini NY's business is evolving rapidly, and we are always looking for motivated individuals who are looking to gain exposure to wholesale logistics and grow with us.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join a rapidly growing our E-commerce platform.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service and is looking to develop professionally in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal customer will play a key role in the development of the E-commerce team.
Candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and handles pressure well.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, & live chat.
Taking and processing orders via phone and email.
Communicating with internal buying and marketing team to acquire specific material to address customer needs.
Creating a strong rapport with customers and following up with new products, promotions, etc.
Facilitate sales by introducing and suggesting new products customers show interest in.
Processing and following up with customer returns.
Clearly communicating shipping quotes and estimated time of arrival to customers.
Correctly labeling shipping packages with shipment labels.
Following up with customers regarding out of stock items and suggesting replacements.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communications skills (bilingual a plus).
Professional phone etiquette.
Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of basic computer functions.
Self motivated and proactive personality.
Must work well with others and be a team player.
Willingness to cross-train in other areas Knowledge of Ship Works, Big Commerce, UPS (preferred) Job Type:
