Responsibilities Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone, email, or mail Locate and monitor overdue accounts Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts Receive payments for customer accounts Other duties assigned by manager.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates' degree preferred A minimum of 3 years credit/accounts receivable experience required.
Foodservice distribution or similar distribution experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills.
Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
