Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's customers by receiving orders, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
Receives customer purchase orders and inputs in the system Answer customer questions and complaints; and works with appropriate staff to address the issue at hand Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Assist with collections of accounts receivable, verify deductions taken are authorized Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Bilingual / English and Fluent in Spanish Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
