We have an opening for a Customer Service position that we're looking to fill.
Responsibilities Include:
Order processing (sales orders, invoices, returns, credit memos, etc.
) Daily interaction with various levels of customers (distributors, salons and end users) Answering customer queries, from simple questions such as stock check or order status to product description questions which require some knowledge of our company's products (training will be provided) Build and maintain quality relations with customers and outside sales people Understand, research and resolve customer problems and concerns in a timely manner Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed Various ad-hoc office tasks as needed Experience & Skills:

years office based customer service experience required in a B2B environment Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and QuickBooks required) Familiarity with professional beauty industry preferred Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Willingness and ability to rapidly learn product details, including sizes, pricing and basic product performance descriptions (training will be provided) Fast learner who's able to multitask and perform duties with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Understanding of inventory, warehouse, as well as shipping operations Excellent written and verbal communication skills We Offer:
