As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
We are looking for a candidate that is eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome practice members with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Perform sales calls, cold calling, and booking leads to support the growth of the practice.
Knowledge of insurance to assist patients with understanding coverage and benefits.
Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and schedule appointments Manage appointment schedules, reschedule as necessary, and record payments accurately.
Collaborate with the treatment team to provide a seamless experience for practice members.
Utilize excellent relationship-building skills to engage with practice members and create a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
A two-year degree or higher education is preferred Previous customer service experience is highly valued Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Strong sales and cold-calling abilities are essential Knowledge of insurance processes is valued for handling billing and coverage inquiries.
Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with practice members.
Conscientiousness and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
