Laptops, Desktops, Docking stations, Mobile phones, Ipads iPods,Monitors, Printers, Keyboard and mice, Ticket printers, POS units, PDT guns, symbol scanners, POS Peripherals and RFID scannersReview equipment order form with PM Receiving incident and service requests in service management tool Providing information to the End Users, including feedback on Incident tracking and Service request status to tickets Manage vendor quotes Esker order process and send Purchase Orders to Service Providers Receive required approvals before placing the request for new orders Tracking, Deployment / shipping equipment to stores and users as applicable Secondary Skills # End user support for Corp and Retail Stores- Strong knowledge with Windows OS and iOS devices- Installation support for standard software and propose process for new application requests- Technical troubleshooting skills- Incident and Request Management- Excellent customer service skillsStrong understanding of EUC environment and managing business relationship Full Time - W2 Desktop/EUC Engineer Recommended Skills Business Relationship Management Customer Service Microsoft Windows Problem Solving Service Management Stock Control Apply to this job.
