We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of parts for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair or supply chain management.
Duties:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify parts needs and ensure timely procurement - Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits - Receive, inspect, match, and organize incoming parts shipments - Prepare parts for distribution and ensure proper documentation is completed - Assist with data entry tasks related to parts tracking and inventory management - Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies - Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of parts - Assist with basic fabrication tasks as needed Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair or auto body repair processes - Familiarity with supply chain and logistics principles - Ability to procure parts from various suppliers while considering cost, quality, and availability - Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with computer systems - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or errors - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a warehouse or similar setting is preferred - HVAC knowledge is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for automotive repair and supply chain management, we encourage you to apply for the position of Parts Associate.
