Must be familiar with all facets of fabrication and workflow while managing employees to meet customer's quality and deadline requirements.
Responsibilities include prepping and organizing jobs for production and creating material requirements.
Having leadership abilities plus being well organized and able to monitor all aspects of the fabrication process are key.
Salary is commensurate with experience and performance.

Normal shifts are Monday through Friday but some overtime work may become available on Saturdays or on weekday shift.
