Responsibilities:
TheAnesthesiologist / Pain Medicine Physician will:
Assess patients before surgery to determine the best anesthesia plan Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients dealing with chronic pain Administer various types of anesthesia, including general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and local anesthesia Monitor the patient's vital signs, adjust anesthesia levels as needed, and ensure the patient's comfort and safety throughout the procedure Provide immediate postoperative pain relief through techniques such as epidural analgesia, nerve blocks, or intravenous medications Evaluate patients' medical histories, perform physical examinations, and may order diagnostic tests to identify the underlying causes of chronic pain Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New Jersey Board Eligible / Certified in Anesthesiology and/or Pain Medicine Experience performing Pain Management procedures Desired Skills:
Pain Fellowship certified Experience with placing nerve stimulators Your privacy is important to us.
