Digital / CRM Analytics SME (Northern NJ)

My client is a fun, boutique marketing solutions company that is part agency, part established agency and part technology startup. They seek an Analytics SME to provide clients with strategic direction, CRM and web analytics, tracking and measurement , survey development, standard and ad-hoc reporting, creating white-label analytics platforms, and ROI analyses. This is a Hands-on position which will grow a small team over time.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to solve business problems. Full project life-cycle from definition through recommendation.
Translating analytic insights into sharp, actionable business and marketing implications
Develop ROI Models
Provide clients with web analytics setup, implementation and measurement using tools such as Omniture, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, etc.
Develop roadmap for the analytics and suite of reports that will be included in the white-label platform
Create training materials, and participate in testing of platform
Work with clients to continue to customize the white label
Develop a standard tracking methodology across all web properties, including page tagging.
Work with the technology group on tracking requirements and page tagging
Subject matter expert for quantitative/qualitative survey design and implementation using tools such as Zoomerang or SurveyMonkey.
Lead the development of reports and dashboards using a variety of tools including SQL and Visualization software
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics including CRM and Web Analytics, modeling, reporting, data extraction from relational databases
Experience using SQL, Web Analytics, Reporting/BI/Visualization software - knowing the right tool for the job
Ability to derive insights from the data and make actionable recommendations to clients
