o Manage the integrity of all equipment inventories by maintaining 98% (or better) accuracy levels on all audits by location including cell sites, switches, spares, technician
vehicles
, on-call kits, etc. Perform audits for the switches, switch spares, etc. Perform scanning of equipment tracked for inventory. Process inventory transfers, adjustments and purchase order receipts for all switch equipment activity.
o Maintain physical inventory transfers within departments and our inventory management process.
o Process repairs and returns, which includes the gathering, packing, shipping and receiving of RMA equipment and its accurate location tracking using inventory software.
o Log all incoming and outgoing parts and resolve all issues in a timely manner.
o Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, technicians and Engineers for all equipment movement and returns.
o Run and analyze weekly/monthly reports and strive to meet regional and area KPIs for inventory management and audits.
o Recommend and implement process improvements for increased efficiencies and accuracy levels.
o Develop and maintain Standard Operating Processes and Procedures for management of Regional and Area Inventory.
o Oversee/Perform accurate and timely cycle counts on Cellsite, MSC, spares, staging facility and vehicle storage locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
o Work with various vendors to expedite
repair
and replacement components to accomplish network repairs in a timely manner.
o Ensure appropriate levels of equipment spares are maintained per network engineering and vendor recommendations.
o Work with northeast regional, area coordinators and staging facility vendor to reduce inventory of obsolete equipment.
o Interact with Operations & Engineering departments on a regular basis to ensure the needs of the company are met. Also interact with peers in the region and across the country to share ideas, efficiencies and processes.
o Keep track of return records and following up on related processes with our vendors.
o Manage the Wayne Excess location and process
Qualifications:
o Associated degree required, BA or BS degree degree plus 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
o Basic understanding of accounting and inventory control principles.
o Demonstrates effective time management skills, ability to work independently and make decisions within the guidelines of Verizon Wireless business standards.
o Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required.
o Commitment to quality and the motivation and ability to work well in a team environment required.
o Experience working in an ERP system. PeopleSoft experience preferred.
o Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook required.
o Knowledge of Access and PowerPoint preferred.
o Knowledge of wireless industry products and
services
preferred.
o Proficient in Fulcrum CATS and Fixed Asset Modules
o Well organize and ability to work independently, multi-task and manage multiple priorities
o Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Candidate must have a valid driver's license. Candidate should be able to lift approximately 50 lb. unassisted and use basic hand tools. Wireless scanning experience is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
