The Disney Store retail chain, which debuted in 1987, is owned and operated by Disney in North America, Europe, and Japan. Disney Store is an affiliate of Disney Consumer Products, the business segment that extends the Disney brand to merchandise. Disney Store carries high-quality products, including exclusive product lines that support and promote Disney''s key entertainment initiatives and characters. # Responsibilities
Supervises and participates in the day-to-day operations of the Store ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures; ensures the accountability and security of cashier funds; maintains the neatness and attractiveness of store merchandise ensuring that displays remain well-stocked
Develops strategy and translates into specific priorities, objectives and action plans
Makes sound business decisions that balance competing priorities
Examines issues from a broad perspective, considering impact beyond immediate scope and identifies key business opportunities
Stays current on business issues, industry trends and technological advances
Communicate clear expectations and holds the store team and themselves accountable to achieving Disney store's brand, performance and behavior standards
Lead and inspire a guest service culture by recognizing and rewarding team
Build effective relationships with peer and upper management partners
Recruit, hire, develop and retain top management and sales talent for the organization, to include maintaining optimal staffing levels
Train and develop store management and cast members in all areas of job responsibility
Recognize performance issues in a timely manner and partner with District Manager to develop action plans for resolution
Ensure that all visual directives are executed seamlessly and within scheduled time frame allotted payroll budget
Supervise and direct all merchandise processing and flow to the floor in conjunction with exceptional backroom standards
Manage the execution of the store business plan that drives KPI results and maximizes business opportunities
Achieve store shrink goals and maintain all operational standards to secure the assets of the store's physical location
Ensure proper scheduling practices that lead to maximization of sales potential
Enforces all Loss Prevention policies, and communicates violations to the leadership team, to the DM or Regional Manager
# Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum 5 years retail management experience, or equivalent Store Manager experience in high volume locations
Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
Ability to climb a ladder
Must have prior experience in managing and leading a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving & planning skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
Must maintain a professional appearance
Occasional overnight travel may be required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
