We are searching for a Pricing Administrator,
who will have ownership of the administration of contractor and
builder rebate programs and payments. This challenging role
requires a good mix of technical, analytical, and business
skills.
Specific responsibilities include, but are
not limited to:
Administer contractor rebate
program payments with external partner (ACB)
Validate data received prior to payments being
issued
Identify payments to be withheld and coordinate resolution with
field sales
Resolve other exceptions related to contractor payments,
particularly programs such as indirect rebates to distributors and
two-steppers from Field Sales and National
Accounts
Act as primary point of contact with external partner on all
invoice verification issues
Obtain authorization for payment and coordinate payments with
Accounts Payable
Provide metrics on
o Speed of processing by external partner
(ACB)
o Number and types of claims
processed
o Speed for approvals in
Wayne
o Speed of payments in
Wayne
o Contractor and Field Sales
satisfaction
o Number of support calls into ACB and field
sales
Provide reporting to sales on status of
accruals
Administration of Builder
Rebates
Validate requests sent by builders for
payment
Coordinate and resolve discrepancies with Field Sales and
Corporate leadership
Prepare check requests upon
verification
Coordinate the signature process and answer questions as
necessary
Maintain/publish metrics on length of time required for entire
process and sub-processes
Monitor accruals and payments on programs to avoid over/under
accruals and work with Field Sales to make necessary
adjustments
Assist with management of Commercial rebate programs and
recommend and implement
improvements
Maintenance and Ongoing Cleanup of
Pricing Data
Write necessary queries and analyze data related to products
and account pricing
Work with Corporate and Field pricing to clean up obsolete data
in order to improve system performance and reduce the rate of pricing
errors
Work with Master Data and Marketing teams on issues as
necessary
Analysis and
Reporting
Assist with reporting needs
Run P&Ls for the field as necessary to determine margin
impact of pricing programs
Make recommendations for improvement of the P&L
tools
Ad hoc analysis as necessary (filebacks, buy tracking
reports)
Monthly pricing reports (workload, credits, net price,
gross-to-net)
Maintain Pricing
Admin Intranet site
Act as a team
member on pricing-related IT projects
Perform other
duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor
Degree in a business, statistical, or IT-related discipline coupled
withexperience in manufacturing,
especially roofing, which is preferred.
Technical
knowledge/skills:
Intermediate to
Advanced Excel skills
Familiar with
standardGAF pricing tools and
practices preferred
Familiarity with
reporting tools TM1/Sales Center
Some familiarity with
queries is helpful but not
required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
