We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our main office in Wayne, NJ and expand our business development efforts. We specialize in high-value customer insight solutions to improve customer experience and support our clients' growth. The Job In A Nutshell:
As our Manager of Marketing, you are in charge of the marketing and sales strategy and the marketing team. Focused on results, you elaborate and implement the overall marketing strategy to ensure that the company is well positioned to meet its growth targets. You are an active contributor to the strategic growth of the firm

Must-Haves:
Key areas of expertise required: Content Marketing, Landing Page Optimization, Analytics, Online Advertising, Affiliate and Referral Program Development.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Corporate Retail, Marketing Services or Market Research
Obsession for results: you are analytics driven and track and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis
Entrepreneurial spirit and natural leadership skills: you have a proven ability to build, inspire and grow a team
Strategic mindset: you know how to leverage effective content to generate traffic
Outstanding networking skills: you have a proven ability to build affiliate and referral programs and relationships and can effectively support the sales / business development team to exceed sales quotas
You live in the NY Metro area and can commute to our main office in Wayne, NJ

The Job in Detail:
As Manager of Marketing, you will be in charge of elaborating and implementing a result-driven marketing strategy. You will be responsible for reinforcing our market share and supporting revenue growth by:
Develop an affiliate program, where we develop a sales channel with valued members of our network who refers us business for commission.
Develop referral program, where internal team gains skill in asking for and getting referrals from existing clients.
Supporting lead generation, inbound marketing and all door opening activities
Overseeing, managing and optimizing the company's mobile, web & offline customer acquisition strategy, including our website
Manage social media channels including posting and interaction and monitoring.
Managing a team of marketers that continually meets and exceeds targets, including internal staff, external agencies and partners and by developing and managing our internship program
Using low-cost, high-impact marketing tools and raw market data to support sales effort and revenue growth within budget

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
